We have a very important policy that every member of our Company strives to achieve.

Our roles are professional engineers, working the Code of Engineer's Act to provide quality engineering services to our Client's satisfaction.

We strives on producing quality engineering design and drawings on time, well documented with clear details for construction.

Every drawing that leaves the office are checked by the director or senior engineer responsible for the project to eliminate design and detailing errors.

We ensure our designs are optimum, cost effective and encompass modern construction methodology. Our Company has undertaken numerous types of projects ranging from:

Large infrastructure works such as road-works, water supply and sewerage system, High-rise condominiums, apartments and Hotels.

Office towers and mega shopping complexes, Residential development (terrace houses, bungalows, shop-houses). Recreation developments including golf courses and marinas, Light industrial estate, Schools and colleges.
 

Five hundred years ago, an extraordinary empire rose and fell here, along the shores of the Malacca river side of sloping construction architecture rooftops of traditional Malay houses hanging over the water that call out sleepily from the past--was captured and occupied by the Portuguese in 1511 for more than a century.

The Portuguese influence is visible in the city's with Portuguese construction architecture engineering design.

Malacca with its seaside city of about 150 kilometers was a major port along the spice-route and its harbor bristled with the sails and masts of Chinese junks and spice-laden vessels from all over the hemisphere.
 
Over the centuries, the Chinese, local Malay and Portuguese cultures in Malacca intertwined, eventually producing a completely unique society called the Baba-Nyona. This fascinating micro-culture reached its height around the turn-of-the-century.
 
Malacca or know as Melaka was so coveted by the European powers that the Portuguese writer Barbarosa wrote;
 
"Whoever is Lord in Malacca has
his hand on the throat of Venice."
